Ok guys. Cooper is an Adolescent with a laptop, as quite a few youths are. However, he doesn't have much access at all. Basically limited to just school tasks, and frequently fewer than 2 hour of access on his laptop each weekend –And no time during the week– he doesn't have enough time to game, and complete school work. Imagine that. Less than two ours each weekend! Would you be able to still fulfill your enjoyment of gaming after school work takes up a large quantity of time? And also, with his phone. Cooper cannot use his phone after returning from school, 8 hours of being away from home — many of which his phone is turned off to save battery life — For 200+ signatures, his parents may be persuaded to allow him to have better access to technology.
