With an increasing number of first term students matriculating each semester on campus at Thomas M. Cooley Tampa Bay, and a fixed number of parking spaces available near the main entrance, we petition to provide upper level students (those who have completed 30 hours of credit) with preferential parking accommodations to be located nearest to the primary entrance of the campus.
