The Sioux City parks and rec is proposing using the funds that we have worked so hard to raise to build a fence around the skatepark. The fence will hamper future additions along with take away from attendance at future community skatepark events. We the Sioux City community and youth see no reason to fence the skatepark taking away from public use.
