We think that a smartly designed, family friendly, seafood restaurant that occupies a small area of the Conwy Quayside would greatly enhance the area as a whole. We think that is to the benefit of so many people to utilise the tremendous natural beauty of this town and its riverside situation.

We believe it will be:

• A great addition to the vibrancy and life of the Quayside.

• A place for the whole town to meet for coffee and cake or a special meal.

• A great draw for tourists encouraging them to spend more time & money in the town.

• A building that will enhance and complement the World Heritage Site.

• A business that provides jobs and training for local people whilst purchasing as much produce from local businesses as possible.

• A building that can be utilised as a hub for events and one that will aid and supportthe wonderful annual programme in the town.

• One of the many historical sites that use restaurants to heighten the enjoyment of all. For example, St Mark’s in Venice is possibly the world’s most beautiful waterside site, and one where restaurants are part of the fabric of people’s experience.
