We petition that those who took up CIDDC be exempted from taking up PSJLC schooling.  In as much as CIDDC is one of the required schooling for lateral entry, we respectfully petition that CIDDC can be converted to PSJLC thus qualify an SPO1 applicant applying for promotion where PSJLC is required.
