The petition
Radical changes have taken effect in Convergys, in which we ewre informed of only a few. We were told that our days off and scheduled times would be taken into concideration based on our stats. Now the main thing of this whole issue, is that these changes would only affect days off request and some prefrences but, not our tour window. After running a small questionare i came across a large group of unhappy employees, because their schedule was changed to an extreme, which means outside their tour window. Our question is why were we asked to put in our scheduled prefrences if they were not going to be taken into concideration? why did Mr. Albert Moran asked us to place a 1 -one being the most prefered tour window to 6- six being our least prefered. All we ask for is for the truth, not loop holes here and there but things straight out. My impression of Convergys was that they would be flexible and would work with each and every one of us. I have also seen that in this company there is alot of favoritizm, which is total unacceptable. I belive that this was an equal opportunity corporation and we should be treated as equals. We deserve to be told the truth. I hope that this is taken into concideration before we have to proceed to more drastic measures. All we are basicaly asking for is for more flexibility as far as schedules and to be treated equaly. We also hope that the people that are in charge of the scheduling process are very professional and patient, and more importantly willing to help others. Should this company be full of unhappy employees who are being lied to and disrespected because of the color of their lanyard? I think not.
