As a resident in Michigan, I find it disturbing that even walking my son to the bus stop in the morning there's this same dog that snarls at me on the way home, thankfully his owner is outside but he dang near gets to me before the owner calls him back, today I even walked on the other side of the road just to avoid this dog and he started following me. This is just one of many problems I'm sure, we also have a neighbor dog behind us that likes to wander rip up our trash, do its business on the neighboring yards and so on, but without a proper leash law we're all stuck without anything we can do until someone gets bit or takes matters into their own hands. It is a bit ridiculous and I think it's way overdue.
