I am distraight now tho as my machine has broken down and I have a nasty feeling that when dyson come out this week it will be a case of RIP. I dont know what I will do without my machine (I know this may sound a tad sad to some) but I love love love my CR01 and would be out buying another immediately if they came back into production! Bearings in the drum have gone and no replacement parts! Our insurers, D&G, have offered us an LG, which although appears good with an 11kg load, is still not a Dyson. ...sniff...Flag

Being able to wash duvets while my children went through the potty/bed wetting stage has been a god send and saved on launderette bills. I have had the pcb board replaced once just within 2 days of the warranty running out and Dyson didn't charge me which I think was amazing as other companies would have. Sadly I can't read the display on my washing machine again but unless a fault code comes up I don't really need to know that it is washing or spinning. This is one of the best machines ever going. The customer service is out of this world, phoning up within a week of having my machine to ask if I was happy and if the engineer was polite and helpful. They also phoned after I had the replacement pcb board. If I can keep my washing machine going I will. It is/was well worth the money. Please bring back these washing machines and help to keep them going as nothing comes close to this machine.Flag

I used to work or the biggest electrical retailer in the UK and o used to sell these like hotcakes. Why? Because i loved it, I understood how to take it apart and promote the key differentiators between the Dyson machine and all the other 'normal' machines out there. They didn't sell as people didn't really get what they were about. Today, I feel with social media, Dyson being a more mature company and better promotional activity; these really could sell now.Flag
