Name: Anonymous on Jun 5, 2008Comments: Whilst searching the web for a new energy aware washing maschine, I was thrilled to accidentally find an article about Dyson washing machines and disappointed to find out that they have been discontinued... below, my main reason for Dyson products is their mechanical and functional brilliance. I'm not a true fan of the space design , but it grows on me :-) below I'm missing the "performance & energy saving" checkbox in the 3rd question.Flag

Name: Lisa VanDoren on Jul 7, 2008Comments: From what i have read about this machine, it looks great & better than anything available in the US. I had a difficult time trying to compare it to any US models due to the capacity of cubic feet (US) vs. kg (UK). I would like to see all the Dyson products made in more subtle colors.Flag

I am waiting for service at time of writing, nonetheless it is worth the service call out to repair. It scores highly with families for its capacity, wash quality and 1400 spin. Please bring it back.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Aug 1, 2008Comments: I bought the contrarotator in 2002 and I have never had any regrets about it. I am mystified why the production had discontinued, because it is by far the best washing machine I have ever owned. Unlike in the UK we don't place our washing machines in the kitchen, so I don''t mind the purple/grey combination. I like the design, but would have liked in more in turqoise or blue.Flag

Name: Milton Alvis on Jul 2, 2009Comments: Looking for a US version of the contrarotator, preferably with a corresponding Dyson dryer. We understand that the Dyson group is working on a re-engineered version of the contrarotator. However, we are having difficulty maintaining our current machines long enough for the Dyson group to offer the new model. If end up having to replace our current machines, this will pre-empt our financial option to purchase Dyson machines. If the Dyson group would offer more specifics and an estimated time line until availability of the re-engineered international version, this would greatly assist in our planning and wishes to be a Dyson customer in this product line.Flag

Name: Hels Bels on Feb 21, 2010Comments: I have had my Dyson CR01 Memory for over 7 years, have washed at least 5 loads per week throughout that time and if has been fantastic. Now, sadly, it is on its last legs and I would buy a new one now if I could. It is the best household appliance I have ever had. I have used Dyson vacuums for the last 12 years and they are great, but the washing machine is in a league all of its own. Please start making new ones, and i will be first in line to buy one!Flag

Name: Chris Callow on Aug 1, 2010Comments: please mr dyson reconsider producing the contrarotator washing machine it was the best washing machine i have ever used i do have quite a collection of them i especially like the silver cr02 allergy model the build quality is excellent something other manufacturers would do well to improve their machines.i am sure if a new dyson machine is launched it will sell in great numbers.i have repaired a few of these machines and do like how they are assembled but some things are a bit lacking i.e outer drum securing to the spider it can move and jam the two halves anyway enough rambling on my part please reconsider launching another washing machineFlag

Name: Kris on Aug 5, 2010Comments: Apart from my cherished Dyson vacuum cleaner, I also had the joyful experience of drying my hands with an Airblade and I find the bladeless fan also inspiring. I was very disappointed that the contrarotator washing machine was discontinued - please bring it (or a worthy successor) back! I also look forward to any other product from the Dyson house.Flag

Name: Espen on Sep 19, 2010Comments: I REALLY REALLY want a Dyson washing machine.... I love the design of the purple one. I am considering buying a used one in the meantime. I just love all the engineering behind the Dyson products. It was what inspired me to take engineering and design at the university. There are so many products that could be made better - and better looking too. I will pay more for a Dyson washing machine than another brand. Just make one for me. Pretty please with sugar on top.Flag
