Dear All well wishers , We all contractual employee working in "BSES YAMUNA POWER LTD"Joint venture with Govt. of NCT Delhi). since more than 6 years in various important posts. we have not received their minimum wages declared by the Government Of Delhi. In spite of working in company more than 6 years any employee could not receive their Gratuity. In permanent nature of posts temporary employee working continuously more than 6 years Sir it is the open violation of labour laws. Sir all the employee being transfer in various manpower consultancy before completion 5 years in an agency so that they can not claim to receive their gratuity. Their is a huge difference between the salary of CTC employee & contractual employee while they working in same nature of posts. The manpower Consultant company (Team Lease Services Pvt. Ltd., Addeco Flexione, Safeguards Manpower Consultancy) which supply manpower to company have not valid licence to take the contract of technical work & official work to important posts. Sir the agencies have only" fourth Class contract Licences" recognised by the labour department Delhi, while they are taking the contract of technical & official Work continuously more than 6 years . In these agencies some Graduate employee receive only Rs.-2250- 2550, Basic salary. No extra payment being given to contractual workers in spite of working overtime, Saturday & Sunday .Sir this is the open violation of labour laws. So We humble request to All People to support us and help us so that "BSES YAMUNA POWER LTD" take all the workers who are working in BSES YAMUNA POWER LTD. in more than five years on CTC Payroll.
