The Defedent is not abdiding by the temporary court ordered rules and has not done so for 2 months now. Theres a two hour rule in the temorary custody order that says if one parent is gone from the child for more then 3 hours the other parent gets first choice in babysitting. The Defendant has not arranged for me to pick up our child in common for two months, I know that he has been working and not giving me a choice to have my daughter, when i should be getting her while he's at work almost every friday and saturday.
