Any law passed should be representive of the people, for the good of the people, the good of this country and the good of all that reside within this country. No law shall be passed that excludes any Elected Member of our Government as they are an Representive of the People and there for part of this Country. There for all laws should apply to all from President to the last American. There should be no division between the people and their Government body. This ensures that all laws are just and equality binding to all Americans irreguardless of their statis, position, worth or their commonallity as just Americans. It is We the People and not the Government and the people. We are one Nation, Under one Flag, we came together as one People, "Americans" and there for under one law. The law of the People and binding to all.
