To tell Congress.and to make it known to Congress that we still want to live by the Constitution. It has been since Dec. 31,and 3 signatures only,does no one else want OUR CONSTITUTION to continue to be the law of the United States?Wake up people,we are about to live like old Russia.We wont have any rights if this happens,
