Ladies and gentlemen, I am writing this in English to prove that we DO SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND this language! It is unacceptable that in a democratic country, constable Phil Rondel, a public figure and a representative of the State stands up with such a racist and xenophobic statement, not to mention that he is also instigating people and encouraging the discriminating attitude. It is time he takes full responsibility for his actions and be brought to book accordingly.
