A group of innovative parents and community leaders have applied for a Dual Language Hebrew Charter School to begin in September, 2013. Such a school would:

*Teach Hebrew as a language to students and achieve Hebrew speaking and writing fluency in the lower elementary grades

*Provide a cutting edge charter school academic curriculum, citing the most innovative technologies and educational framework

*Eliminate Judaic Studies during the school day, providing Judaic in a supplementary and optional after/before school program

*Be open to any student in BEXAR County who applies and is accepted until the school reaches capacity. A lottery will assign available slots once the school is at capacity
