| 1251 | BETTY FOSTER | BARS ARE AN ADULT PLAYGROUND. CIGARETTS ARE A HIGHLY TAXED AND LEGAL ITEM. SOME STATES HAVE A SIGN ON THE OUTSIDE WALL OF THE BARS WARNING PEOPLE THAT THIS IS A SMOKING ESTABLISHMENT. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. |

| 1254 | donn kerr | I was the first person arrested for smoking in a bar in Ohio. I was grabbed from behind by 3 cops, slammed against the bar , handcuffed and taken to jail!!!!. you can Google my name read (sort of) all about it. ANYTHING THAT I CAN DO TO HELP LET ME KNOW |
| 1255 | Dave Urbik | We can not legislate our way to immortality. Bans cause social cancer. |

| 1259 | Cheryl R Barker | I, too, want the bans to be banned. The anti-smoker sentiment is so obviously a ploy to turn society against itself, rather than to work together to solve real problems. |

| 1282 | Anonymous | I would like to see bars and other all adult facilities as well as private and or family owned business to allow smoking back in their business as I think this is a personal matter to individual ownership and should be based on their decision to allow smoking or not. It has hurt many small places that are no longer in business. I believe with the return of gas prices and the return of smoking. People may actually go out again to relax rather than staying home where it is cheap, safe and legal! These bans and high prices have americans scared to do anything. Especially spend money. A flip in the ban may put things back to normal! |

| 1287 | Lori Finocchi | Too many businesses are going to go into bankruptcy because of these bans.
Small Family businesses are losing too much money because of these bans.
This has to stop. |

| 1296 | Deb Mcneal | I used to go out to eat in a sit down restaurant about once a month, spending around $100 but I very rarely go anymore because if I am going to go to spend money and enjoy myself, sneaking out by the dumpster to get a smoke does not fall into "enjoyable" for me. Therefore, since there are thousands who feel the same way as I do, how much money is the hospitality industry losing for this reason? Are we being replaced by patrons who do not smoke? Doubtful. It should be up to each establishment to decide if smoking is allowed. The ones who decide to do so would most likely see a surge in business. Devices could be put into place such as ventilation systems to protect the "innocent" and all could walk away happy. |

| 1298 | Anonymous | Smoking is not the source of all heath problems.I as a citizen of the United States should have my rights on what I can and can not do dictated to me by the government . I think not!! We are suppossed to have the freedom of choice. Let me choose do do what I want as an adult. |
| 1299 | Marlene Bakken | All one has to do is google Robert Wood Johnson Foudation to see why our freedoms are being lost, it is all for corporate greed! |
