| 1054 | Tony Collins | I am not qualified to sign this petition not being an American citizen. I am British and a victim of the collateral damage caused by corrupt legislation, and wish to express my support for any move to curb the tyranny of these dictators. |

| 1065 | Robert Gibson | I think its wrong that the state of ohio is taking away our right and freedom. This smoking ban law just shows who really is in charge, not the people but the government. |
| 1066 | Randy E Fowler | I am a free man who smokes and votes dont tread on me |

| 1068 | brandy hays | Why weren't business owners asked whether or not they wanted to ban smoking instead of the government making the decision for us? |

| 1071 | Tiffany Lee | I live in one of those cities that have inforced a smoking ban that prohibits people from smoking 20 feet from doors. It is absured to expect We The People to be able to correctly identify if we are 20 feet from the door. What are we suppose to do, carry a tape measure in our pockets? In some North Texas cities where a ban is in place, some bar owners are loosing their business due to the smoking ban. 90% of a bar owners patrons are smokers. Also my smoking habit helps pay for YOUR childs education thanks to the ever increasing tax on tabacco, but yet I can't even enjoy a smoke with my dinner? That's not fair at all. If an establishment chooses to allow smoking, then that should be THEIR right as long as they have signs stated on the door saying that they do allow smoking. If a non-smoker doesn't want to expose themself to a smoking enviorment then they have a choice not to enter. |

| 1073 | Zach Schaffer | Why can you take away my rights to smoke. If you go to a pool hall anywhere in cincinnati at least 80% of the people in there smoke and if they don't then they were ok with it before the law was passed. Last night while i was at a tournament I went out between matches to smoke and was joined by at least ten other people. This may not seem signifigant but that was everyone who was not playing a game. I mean seriously |
| 1074 | Dale Taylor | I live in Washington state where we have the strictest smoking ban in the nation. Here we cannot even smoke a cigar in "cigar store"!!!! Too much! Too far! Enough!!!
What passes for science with regards to second hand smoke is nothing more than the bastardized purchase of well funded special interests with duplicitous intentions.
A mountain of "evidence" obtained thorough fraudulent methodology is indeed a mountain of something, but it's not proof!
Investiage this fraud NOW! |
| 1075 | Donna Binger | I am so sick of the assault on smoker's. The way this country has been discriminating against smokers is an outrage. Smokers are not causing the the so called health care crisis. There are many factors contributing the cost...illegal immigration, health care technology, the cost of educating doctors, nurses and everyone working in health care, indigent care. Smokers are being villified and discrimated...but they still take the money from smokers...I'm sick of it.. and something needs to be done...! I say...throw them all out...every last one of them...They are nothing but nothing and have done nothing for the good of this country. |

| 1077 | Kevin Koelliker | I oppose the ban on smoking. |
| 1078 | Jim Dankworth | I have had enough of people telling me what i can or can not do |
| 1079 | Anonymous | This whole ban is just plain silly! I cant even go to a baseball or football game, OUTDOORS, and smoke somewhere, cause of this stupid ban! I've cut down on my going to games, and walk around inside the stadium, sneeking a smoke like some high school kid in the bathroom! What kinda of justice is that?? Wake up America! Today tobacco, tommorrow, Mc Donalds for making people eat junk food! We are slowly having our rights taken away, and its sad! |
| 1080 | Theodore Darr | |
| 1081 | Kevin Thrun | I firmly believe that smoking in bars, restaurants and bowling alleys should be first the provate business owners choice. Second it would then inturn be the employes choice to work there and third the customers choice to visit or not visit that business. It's all about The Freedom of Choice of the American people. |
| 1082 | Ric Wright | |
| 1083 | Susan Freer | As a smoker, I feel my rights have been violated, and I'm driving across state lines to spend money. Reverse the smoking bans.....or at least let business owners make their own decisions on whether or not they want smoking in their establishments. I want my life back. Susan Freer, Peoria, IL |
| 1084 | Jolyn Tenn | I believe that smokers should be given federal civil rights protection. The open discrimination that is being inflicted upon the smoking citizens of this country is intolerable, diabolical and must be stopped. The smoking lifestyle choice is no different than family status or sexual orientation lifestyle choices. They also are choices that are made by adults, who have a personal responsibility to deal with whatever health fall out their lifestyle choices bring. Tobacco is a legal substance and the people who choose to consume it, do so at their own risk. They are not harming anyone else as claimed by the anti-smoker faction. Uncover the deception, stop the bigotry, and bring some sanity back to our beloved country. |
