Everyday at Northwest University we end up in conflict with each other and/or with teachers. We don't deal with it because we don't have time (busy with school, work, homework, etc.) We don't deal with it because we don't want to deal with rumors or more drama. So, we lose a friendship. We continue to be mad at the teacher that we think gave us an unfair grade. We never really learn to deal with conflict in a healthy way, let alone a Godly way. Sign this petition to tell administrators that we need a conflict resolution program where students can resolve drama in a healthy way.
