Condeleeza Rice is going to be confirmed but it seems that a few in Congress want to use her confirmation to make a statement-so they are using politics as usual to delay her confirmation. These are the same people who called for unity and complained about divisiveness. This is exactly what this is.We want divisiveness to end and these people to work for the benefit of the American people. To stop they devisiveness they complained about.
Politics as usual won't do and neither will revenge. We support the confirmation of Condi Rice and even if we don't agree with the administration on many issues we feel that this kind of grandstanding and outrageous behavior in our Congress is uncalled for. |
