The truth is that the promotion of condoms does not increase the rate of sex that occurs, it just ensures that the sex that is had anyway is done safely.Flag

It even went to a KSU GM on the initiative of the late Julian Manduca. The Catholic students movement hijacked the meeting, and it seems that during mass at the University chapel that day the chaplain urged the students presents to go and defend their faith. For shame! Let us hope that this time round we will be spared the dogmas and reason will prevail ...Flag
