High school students should be provided with the proper information and tools to make healthy sex decisions. This program would provide a better base of knowledge on sexual activity for students, along with tools to carry out safer sex. This program is intended to help lower teen pregnancy rates, teen STI rates, and in turn lower high school drop out rates; it will also enhance awareness and responsibility with both sexually active and non-sexually active teens within the school.
