Homeowners that live on Harbour Town in Lake Dallas,Tx. noticed the condos on Harbour Town the East side of the building the wall is collapsing and have termites, which I believe now is the time to have the condos taken down for the safety of homeowners on Harbour Town for the termites spreading widely in the subdivision.. Also last year they paved a the North side of Harbour Town Dr. but not the remaining South side of Harbour Town. When you turn from Main Street onto Harbour Town Dr. there are craters all over the street.. The field on the North side and South side of Harbour Town Dr. in Lake Dallas is being tended too more so than usual with the upkeep of mowing the fields but still not often as it should be. We (us as neighbors) would like to see our street develop and grow with other nice homes being built and not destroyed by an "eye soar" of condos that you can visually see yourself when you drive by them that they are falling apart and need to be condemed..
