We are asking that all breed ban laws in Concordia Kansas to be removed . Concordia doesn't have a constant problem with any certain breed of dog to have such a law. We ask that Concordia Kansas be part of a solution to stop irresponsible dog owners by more severe punishments to the owners of furious animals etc. This breed ban law has been proven to not work . All dogs can bite if they are not properly being cared for. PUNISH THE DEED NOT THE BREED PLEASE.
