I am a tenant that live in a very quiet place.I say to myself neve bother anyone always help others if i can. I always have problems with the sercurity guard here every since November he has been considly targeted by him. He has had my car towed twice,everytime i have company he tickets there car.When i asked why he he says he need to know who is visiting who? I need someone to come forward and speak up on this along with me.I a sick of being a victim at my place of resident..
