Residents of Colonial Homes Apartments are being overcharged on water, sewer and natural gas. Matrix Residential is the management company and they refused to show monthly bill to prove they're not overcharging tenants and making a profit on the monthly community billing. Matrix Residential states they are paying up to 40% of every monthly bill and the balance is equitably divided among residents based on the square footage of the unit they live. This isn't the case and we the residents want to see every bill to determine if we are being billed the true cost of the services we are using individually.
