B10 Vietnamese Cafe is a business founded in 1988 located at 9308 Bellaire, since the start of constructions along the Bellaire corridor, we have seen our sales dropped by 30-50%. We are asking for your support as a local business partner to help us petition the city of Houston to adjust their construction working hours to the nightshift of 10pm - 6am. This should help all of the lunch and dinner business that we so heavily depend on. We know that in 2 years time when all constructions are done, Bellaire boulevard will be a beautiful destination spot for all houstonians and tourists to visit but in the meantime we need to stay in business in order for it to be a destination for all visitors.
