Its ridiculous that in 2016 companies still leave these out. My dad cant watch anything without them and half the movies he buys at the store dont have them. Just put the text on the screen already.

I believe all films and TV shows on DVD should come with subtitles, because I am deaf and need subtitles to hear what is being said. It's not fair that I have to crank up the volume just to hear the DVD, and then turn it back down again once I'm finished.
