Compulsory Breakfast Provision by the New Zealand Government.

Poverty is a widespread issue in New Zealand. It affects more than 270,000 'Kiwi Kids' in New Zealand, as suggested by the KidsCan website (http://www.kidscan.org.nz/). We are hoping that the New Zealand Government will create a policy which will provide all New Zealand Primary schools with a free breakfast. This would start with low decile schools in the Auckland Reigion (1-5), then be provided to all Auckland primary's and finally be a nation wide policy.
