The undersigned demand that the Electoral Commission re-investigate the £2.4 Million Donation in 2004 by Convicted Fraudster Michael Brown to the Liberals, including interviewing Former Liberal Treasurer Reg Clark. Whereas Reg Clark warned Senior Liberal Party Officials to be wary of Michael Brown, they ignored his concerns, ignored the fact that Michael Brown had been subject to an Arrest Warrant by a Florida Court for the arrest of Michael Brown for the matter of Cheque Fraud, and instead Reg Clark was forced to resign. Notwithstanding that the Electoral Commission failed to invoke Due Diligence, Nick Clegg is still prepared to cite a flawed investigation by the Electoral Commission to defend the Liberals not returning the £2.4 Million to their rightful owners.
