We, the undersigned, call on the Government to put an end to the cuts and closures currently affecting community hospital services.

This petition is to be handed in at No. 10 Downing Street on 21st March, 2007 as part of the Community Hospitals Action Day organised by CHANT (Community Hospitals Acting Nationally Together).
