FAIR SHARE FOR LISTING AGENTS

We, the undersigned Minnesota and Wisconsin sales agents of Edina Realty, do hereby petition Edina Realty, Inc. and its parent company, Home Services of America, to halt the in-house accounting practice of automatically dividing commissions on a 55%-45% basis between listing and selling agents in transactions where Edina Realty represents both buyer and seller. We hereby demand that future commission split policy under 'dual agency' reflect the actual MLS sell-side payout for any listing with a gross commission above 6%. We respectfully demand this change be made effective immediately and retroactively to January 1, 2010.
