Dear members of the Media, We want to see an end to the Hate Speech against Communists, Socialists and Marxists in the media. Our simple request is that you as beneficiaries of our ratings put an end to unfair media attacks, stereotyping and vicious slander against us your audience. We may be a small minority, however we also tend to be avid news watchers and readers and as such make up a good amount of the viewing audience. Both liberal and conservative media outlets have been on a destructive path of "commie-bashing" and "red-baiting" as of late and to those of us who either came to our socialist convictions on our own or those of us who's parents raised us as such this is a grave offense. Please, do not give into the witch hunt and abuse that has permeated the media recently and stand up for your audience be they Communists, Socialists,or whatever their political convictions equally and fairly without stereotypes or slander.
