We, the undersigned electors and legal voters of the Village of Commercial Point, Ohio, qualified to vote at the next general or special election, respectfully petition that there be submitted to the electors of Village of Commercial Point, Ohio, for their approval or rejection at a referendum held for that purpose, a proposal to repeal the R.I.T.A. taxation currently being collected on the undersigned electors currently residing within the Village of Commercial Point, Ohio.
