We, the undersigned residents of San Diego, California petition the City of San Diego to ban "commercial littering" in our city. Commercial littering would be defined as any material of an advertising nature left on private property without the owner's consent. We find this method of marketing to be damaging to the environment and detrimental to the appearance of our neighborhoods
