The music and nuance of the newly televised Comcast commercial is a direct rip-off of artist Kimya Dawson, known for her original style of music as heard in the film Juno. The song used in the ad has been deemed to be a conglomeration of two of Kimya Dawson's songs, "Tree Hugger" and "Blue Like Nevermind." Comcast: Stop using other people's ideas to promote your product and pay Kimya Dawson for her original works.
