Comments: Comcast has a prima facie conflict of interest when it owns content and controls the dominant means of conveying that content via a local government awarded franchise agreement. Deliberate quashing and unilatterally determining what conflicts with Comcasts' maximum profit motivation is not in the best interest of the general public who have other motivations that ensuring that Comcast makes maximum profit. A cafeteria approach allowing consumers to select and pay for only that in which they are interested is the best solution. This would prevent bunding that is illegal in many instances and destroy monopolistic practices by Comcast.
