Hello everyone,
As you all know, AT&T was pretty much our only cable provider option when moving to 11 North. Due to their unreliable and increasingly intermittent service, I've decided to start a petition to get Comcast Cable in this building. I just can't take the horrendous customer service, bad excuses, and technicians not showing up for appointments anymore. We all deserve better as customers!
Hopefully with your "signature", I can gain the support of Comcast Cable execs to start service in this building. It's my intention to send the petition to AT&T as well to see if we can't get them to fix their issue.
