Hello. My names is Jamey and I work with a private contractor through RTD. We have other private contractors. Just to name a few, First Transit, Viola, MV. 90% of the private contractors are taught about customer service and people skills. RTD is sincere about the private contractor's customer service skills in which DriveCams are installed on most contractor buses. I seem to think that it isn't fair that RTD pays drivers 15.00+ w/ no drivecams and are usually unsatisfactory in communication and customer service skills. In fact, if you call to file a complaint, when called in, they get paid for this and a slap on the back. RTD should hire ride checks and place on their bus. Blend in with civilization. And not just one time, but over a course of time. Some should be retrained in customer service.
