In my area, Color Guard (Flag), is only allowed for students participating in band. There are many students that would love to enjoy and encounter Color Guard aswell but are not able to because they are not in "Band". Therefore i am writing a letter to the school board and would like to attach a petition that has people who agree that "Flag Should Be For All Students"
