Comments: I am a high school senior with plans of med-school. I am a white female with a 3.9 GPA.Which is based on AP and honors classes. Why are there so many scholorships available for certain races or ethnic backgrounds. Could the white's have a scholorship of their own with no consideration to blacks or hispanics I think that would be considered racist and we would have a law suit in a heart beat.

Comments: this white person is a moron. You are from an organization, yet you cannot spell policies or academic. Someone should really listen to you. Maybe if your white daddy, the one with the small penis, is an old useless white pace of trash. Then you can compare your worthless manhood to your trashy white women that blacks don't even want. Face it, you are the true scum of the earth.

Comments: I tried getting a scholorship for a local college where I lived. Myself (white) and a Friend (Hispanic) of mine. We both went for the same scholorship. We both graduated from the same high school, and about the same GPA. We both worked at a local fast food resturant, we were in the same position. We both came from average financial homes. I applied for it then I told him about it, because he wanted to back to school to. They were going to give over 100 scholorships. Well he got the scholorship, when I inquired as to why they turned me down, they said that they had all the white applicants filled. And that they "hadn't filled the spots for non-whites". I continued asking questions and asked, "how many whites were going for this scholorship", "about 40 students". Being distrot I asked for more info on any other scholorship. They had told me that because I was "white" I had to go to another office to apply for a scholorship, they when on to saying that they only had "non-white" applications. Well when I went to the other office there were NO white specific applications, but they had to have a precentage of "non-whites". THIS IS WRONG. That is why this petition is so important. I am not racist, I have had allot of Black friends, and my father is married a hispanic woman, with two children. There are people on camps who "PROTECT" the rights of blacks, the NAACP protect the black people. And there are other programs that "Protect the rights of minorities". There is nothing in our school system now that will help whites. They base the white groups on family income, most people don't make enought money to go to school or even send their kids to school. I am one of them, I support any kind scholoraship that is for whites only, there are thousands for non-whites, and not a single one for whites only. It has to be percent for non-whites in any kind of scholorship. This is the first to show that white people are tired of taking a back seat to education, and that there are non-whites who are tired of seeing their friends segregated. This is important to future of education and I will support ANY kind of petition. And or law that would pass my way to vote on. For people who say that this is wrong, I challenge them to say "this is not segrigation", then post numbers showing how many scholorships are only for whites. This is segrigation, segrigation of whites. I can't wait to see more scholorships & petitions for whites. "Whites are people to, they need help to. Are we going to segregate people who want to school Or give more oportunity to all non-whites And leave the whites in the back seat."
