College students who play a sport and have their team aired on TV should get a slice the 775+ million dollar annual revenue, instead of it all being used towards school funds. As College sports are slowly rising in popularity, the annual revenue is also increasing, meaning more money for the school and with this petition, a small amount to cover the student who plays a sport. College students who have a scholarship are still in need for money during their playing period if they are not in a full-ride scholarship offered by the school. When a student doesn't have a full ride scholarship they are usually in need of money to pay off books, rooms, supplies and even living expenses at times. This also gives parents a break from paying off a load of money for their son/daughter to attend college, nothing is worse then getting into deep debt that players and parents are going to have to pay for the rest of their lives. Lets get this petition to the NCAA and College Presidents so they can set aside a small amount of money to help out the long working college students who need to pay off college if they don't have a full ride.
