Why are the showers in the Virgin First Class Lounge at Euston Station always cold. Have you complained and found that nothing has been done to rectify the problem. I have been using the Virgin Lounge at Euston since it was refurbished two years ago and find there is a continuing problem with no hot water in the showers. Written complaints to Virgin trains only produce a soothing response, but no action. Surely it is not beyond the resources of Virgin Train, Network Rail or whomever to come up with a satisfactory and hot response after two years.
