Though the State laws will not allow for legalization of marijuana with enough signatures on this petition, "we the People of Cocke County Tennessee can force the local government to stop harassing and prosecuting our people for the possession and use of a natural God made herb yielding plant. The people signing this petition are legal residents of Cocke County Tennessee and demand that all aspects of our local government hereby stop arresting, prosecuting and punishing its citizens for the possession and or use of marijuana from this day forth. And that the Department of Children's Services also be commanded to no longer take people children for using marijuana.
