The annual election for LPYF Head Coaches will take place at the March 10th Board meeting. John DiCarlo will be seeking election as the Chargers Head Coach for the 2013 season. John is respectfully asking for our support. John has always held the belief that it is both an honor & privilege to teach our kids the great game of football. We have all witnessed the attention & care that John and his Staff have shown our kids as they prepare to play each week. There are so many life lessons our children have learned as they progress through each season. John's main points of emphasis will remain: safety, the importance of preparation, a strong focus on the fundamentals of blocking & tackling, being a good teammate both on & off the field and winning & losing with dignity & respect. John is excited about having Coach Brad Martin once again running the Offense as the Offensive Coordinator. Coach Eduardo will be staying with the Rams as their Defensive Coordinator. Your support is needed! Sometimes it takes an effort like this to show the LPYF Board of Directors exactly what we want and expect as Parents. It truly is our right to request a specific candidate to Coach our children. Often times, it is too difficult to attend the actual monthly meeting. This is one simple, effective way to not only support these wonderful Coaches, but to clearly and effectively tell all of LPYF that this is what we want and expect.
