Co-Guardianship is recommended by both parents of Lexie S. Bourgeois. Dana Trey Bourgeois and Shelby Lynn Bourgeois have decided that it is within their child's best interest that another guardian (in addition to the guardian she presently has) , namely Seimone C. Bourgeois (paternal grandmother) be named as co-guardian sharing guardianship with Maranda L. Bourgeois. Seimone C. Bourgeois is seeking grandparent visitation rights with Lexie S. Bourgeois. She would like to have visitation every 3rd weekend of every month, and for the month of July during summer break from school. Seimone Bourgeois would like to pick up Lexie every 3rd weekend on Friday at 6:00 p.m. at the home of Maranda L. Bourgeois, and bring her back to the home of Maranda L. Bourgeois the following Sunday at 6:00 p.m. During school break during the summer, Seimone C. Bourgeois would like to pick up Lexie on July 1st at 6:00 p.m. and return Lexie on July 31 at 6:00 p.m.
