They have shown a disregard for the professional and personal lives of Junior Doctors up and down the country. By bulldozing their unvalidated "reforms" despite voiced concerns, medical training has taken a serious blow, morale is at an all time low and patients will end up being treated by an insufficently trained workforce . Professor Donaldson has lost the trust and respect of the vast majority of the medical profession. As the driving force behind MMC and MTAS he has been shown to be utterly incompetent and should be ashamed of the way his colleagues have been treated. He must go. |
