   Comments: Canada is young. Who would put a photo album of a very young family Member aside in an obscure place that has a minimal chance of being seen and enjoyed? Nobody would. Now with an enormous wave of digital photography on the verge of being used by the enormously talented youth of to-day, with their remarkeble "techie"-savvy, eager and ready to record significant instances of Canada's growth the Canadian Government is surely there to receive them in a prestigeous edifice and allow an attractive fee.    Comments: It is important to maintain our heritage, our artifacts, our history. Closing any museum should not be undertaken lightly. So much can be lost when such action is taken. The Canadian Museum of Contemporary Photography deserves its own home. Turning the current site into parliamentary committee rooms is ludicrous. I'm sure there is lots of other space available in downtown Ottawa.
