Anne Clyburn, an FBI whistleblower who has done her utmost to expose corruption, was recently convicted of crimes she did not commit. One year after filing a lawsuit against a major labor union, Anne was charged with criminal offenses. It took over two years for prosecutors to bring her to trial. Though she had no prior record and posed no flight risk, her bail was nonetheless revoked following her wrongful conviction. When she recruited a noted attorney to represent her, her sentencing date was inexplicably and unjustifiably moved up, robbing her of an opportunity to mount a defense. In the months preceding her wrongful conviction, Anne was subjected to witness intimidation. Nails were implanted in the tires of her vehicle. Eggs were thrown at her home. Reports were filed with the Uwchland Township Police and the FBI, but little was done. Now, Anne, who risked her own well-being to aid federal authorities, languishes in jail - and could soon be sent to a state prison. Anne has been stripped of everything - her career, her reputation, and her freedom. Her courage has cost her and her loving husband, a West Chester University Professor, dearly. But you can help. Sign the petition below. Anne has sacrificed much for society's benefit. Now we have an opportunity to aid her.
