This is a petition to de-certify the affiliation of AFSCME Local 2703 with CEA
(Clovis Employees Association) or CEA/AFSCME.
Upon receiving 30% of the signatures in our total bargaining unit, it will be sent by certified mail to PERB (Public Employment Relations Board). Once accepted, a de-certification election will be held, if necessary, to complete the removal of AFSCME from CEA.
