Comments: I support RAIN 100%. And I agree with the drafter of this petition that the so-called music band named "rain" is simply being ridiculous. If they had a problem with the name, then they should have said something earlier. Isn't there a statute of limitations on this kind of things

Comments: Rain--the Beatles experience is nothing original, since they must use Beatles tunes as a premise for their performance. Rain/Bi is already a bona fide star in Asia, and Mr. Jung is more recognizable than the Beatles cover band in the United States. Failure to allow Mr. Jung to keep his stage name is not just a dissapointment to his fans: it is a move by imperialist America that could jeopardize international relations in the long run. America, Rain/Bi has catered to the Asian American audience (as well as to Blacks and Latinos) during those times when mainstream American musicians have failed to entertain them. It's about time to show that this country would show its tradition of acceptance and leave Rain/Bi's name as it is.

Comments: Rain is not necessarily only his stage name but it is his alias name everyone , his fans, his friends call him by. Rain is who he is as In the United States of America , is there a law that protects a person to use his nickname...or alias, name. This doesnt have to be a registered trademark name...it is a generic name that anyone can use.

Comments: The lawsuit brought by Rain TBE (The Beatles Experience) Corporation is biased given the following reasons: 1) Rain bi had performed in the United States in 2006 without an impending lawsuit 2) After Rain bi's early success in the United States, the Rain TBE Corporation interestingly decided to sue Rain bi's management company. 3) I believe this may be the most sound one is that the Rain TBE Corporation has through the years NOT decided to sue other musical groups in the United Sates going by the same name of "Rain." There are allegedly at least six other bands with the same name, but Rain TBE Corporation has only recently decided to sue on music group: Rain bi. This bring up the reasons why....the main differences between Rain bi and the other "Rain" groups is that he is not an American and is of huge success in comparison to the other groups. This leads one to believe that Rain bi is better off financially. I think it can be concluded that the Rain TBE Corporation is only suing for monetary gains. 4) It is illogical for the Rain TBE Corporation to sue Rain bi over "trademark" issues. It is ridiculous that such a corporation sues another true musical artist while that very corporation (Rain TBE) runs musical acts that mimic and pillage the original Beatles group's music. The Rain TBE group is simply a group that recreates the Beatles original work while Rain bi is an true, original artist. 5) Rain bi concert sales have already been changed to "Ji-Hoon's World Tour." Yet the Rain TBE Corporation still decided to pursue its legal woes against Rain bi. This is further evidence of Rain TBE Corporation's greed. 6)Finally, for the Rain bi fans sakes the lawsuit has had detrimental effects due to lost monies spent on traveling expenses (bus, train, plane, hotels) and concert tickets. Time, work, and money has been lost due to such occurrences as "taking time off" from jobs. This also leads to the trickling effect of harming local businesses where the concerts are taking place. Rain bi fans are now emotionally distraught and have been irrevocably harmed in the process of this lawsuit. For these reasons and more, the Rain TBE Corporation is in the wrong
